Spice-Rubbed Lemon Barbecue Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 tspbarbecue sauce
- 2 tbspbarbecue seasoning
- 1 tsphoisin sauce
- 2 tsphoney
- ΒΌ lemon
- 350 gsalmon fillets
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Place the salmon fillets on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.Rub the top of the salmon with the barbecue seasoning.
- 2.Let sit for 10 minutes while you preheat the broiler.
- 3.Place the baking sheet 4" - 6" from the heating element and broil for 6 - 8 minutes, until cooked through.
- 4.Remove from the broiler and let sit 5 minutes.
- 5.Combine the sauce ingredients (barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, honey and zest of 1/2 lemon) in a small bowl.Spoon the sauce into a small ziplock bag and squeeze down to the corner of the bag.
- 6.Cut off a very small portion of the corner of the bag and squeeze the sauce generously over the salmon.
- 7.Serve with a lemon wedge from the other half of the lemon.
